Our Current Vacancies
Junior Quantity Surveyor
We are a small fast-growing construction company operating in the private residential sector. We specialise in building extensions, loft conversions, basements, full house refurbishments and new builds. Due to our continuous growth we are looking to strengthen our construction team with a junior quantity surveyor.
A successful junior quantity surveyor will be a recent graduate with some work experiences from a refurbishment contractor. You will be reporting to the operations manager and your main long term objective will be to minimise the build cost by implementing a “priced work” system.
Your main duties will be:
- Preparing weekly cost projections
- Keeping track of variations to contracts
- Regular meetings with site managers
- Implementing procurement strategy
- Preparing bills of quantities
- Preparing contract documents for subcontractors
- Valueing completed works and agreeing payments
Most of our projects are based in South West London and Surrey areas and candidates will be expected to travel between sites. Although office space will be provided a junior quantity surveyor will spend a lot of time on sites. We are looking for a young and enthusiastic candidate who is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

Site Manager
We are a small fast-growing construction company operating in the private residential sector. We specialise in building extensions, loft conversions, basements, full house refurbishments and new builds. Due to our continuous growth we are looking to strengthen our construction team with a further experienced site manager.
A site manager will look after one or two projects at one time. He/She will plan works, resources and materials in advance and set targets for the site team. He/She will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring his/her projects finish on time and within budget. The site manager is a client-facing role; therefore good communication skills are essential. It is also essential that a site manager is able to think on his/her feet and make decisions based on limited information. Sometimes we do not have full drawings to the projects and ability to think and resolve technical solutions independently is important. He/She will need to be hands on when needed.

3. Communication skills
4. Being able to organise their own time

2. Being able to use MS Project
3. Experiences in customer-facing role
4. Trade background or technical college/degree
Most of our projects are based in South West London and Surrey areas and candidates will be expected to travel between sites. This is site based role. We are looking for a strong candidate who is able to hit the ground running and push his/her team to hit the targets.
